We had a meal here on a Friday evening 25/5/24. It wasn’t that busy. The pub decor and surroundings are fine. BUT. They had no ale available at all. The food was awful. It took over an hour to be delivered to the table and was then dumped on us with zero apology. The quality of the food was awful. I ordered the slow cooked beef rib which was inedible. We visited today for Sunday lunch. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. We never had to wait long for anything. We had the ultimate burger and the gammon roast dinner both of which were very tasty and the portion sizes were generous. We had a pudding each and a couple of drinks and the bill was £36 which we thought represented excellent value for money. View all feedback.
