perfect attention and helpful service. we had the taste menu and it was so good, perfectly cooked and presented. all the courses were dull. I think it was one of the best if not the best restaurants we've ever had. View all feedback.

it is an inconceivable small place, away in quay street, with the windows frosted, so they can not see in or out. in the inner it is similarly modest – a smaller it area in the ground floor and an even smaller one in the upper floor, with probably only about or tabella overall. of the reviews I had already read, I knew that it was a small, family-run restaurant serving authentic Italian dishes – and I was happy about... Very friendly staff and really enjoying a nice meal today with family.
Restaurant foreplay is checking the menu before even setting foot in the establishment. To my surprise, that was a waste of time here as they had a better Christmas menu! Ragu was amazing but the cremoso! Heavy dark chocolatey with the ice cream and the peanuts, it did not disappoint. It was that good I might even invite my real dad here after disappearing for 20 years to apparently ‘get some milk from the shop.’

Been planning on going to Casanova for a couple years now ever since I heard about it from people that know more about food than me. I am pleased to say the hype is real this place is probably one of the best meals I have ever eaten I have no bad comments to say about Casanova I took my girlfriend there for her birthday and we had the chefs tasting menu each, every single dish we ate was incredible and surprisingly satisfying, so good I would’ve licked the plate if It wasn’t such a nice place. The staff were lovely however, I can not stress enough how incredible the food was, the only regret I have is I didn’t order more food, I will be going here again and again this is on the top of my list of places to eat in Cardiff. Did not disappoint in food, drinks, staff, venue and vibe. 10/10 if I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you Casanova. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £100+
