Greeted at the counter by both staff members. The staff gave full attention and guidance to my order. Able to suggest to me through the various selection of drinks available. Service was very good and professional. Did not have long to wait. I ordered the Caramel Bubbleccino with strawberry bubbles. Most definitely delicious. View all feedback.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The staff is extremely friendly and will quickly and beautifully prepare your drink. I absolutely love this place.
My friend recommended I try bubble tea, so when I saw some bubble tea places during a visit to Cardiff earlier this week, I decided to give it a go. I told the server that I’d never had it before, so she talked me through it. I ended up choosing an oreo bubble tea with popping tapioca balls. It was absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, I didn’t have time for another visit as I left early the following morning, but I will definitely be back when I next visit Cardiff.
I decided to try a new drink for my birthday, so I brought my friends to this restaurant. The server/barista was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I ended up choosing the Taro flavor and it was delicious. Next time I visit Cardiff, I will definitely come back here to try more flavors. They definitely have the best tapioca pearls!

I am obsessed with bubble tea from here. I was scared to try it in case I didn’t like it but I’m hooked and every time I go to town I have to get one! I normally get the mango base with strawberry bubbles which compliment each other beautifully. If you are unsure what flavours to get though, the staff are so helpful so will be happy to help you!

I wanted to try a new drink for my birthday, so I came here with my friends. the server/manufacturer was ever so friendly and answered all my questions. I chose the taro and it was great. next time I'm in cardiff, I'll come back here and try more. they have the best tapioca pearls!
They have been here several times, try different combinations, and each one was amazing. the personal is friendly and good to speak, and the drinks taste amazing. they are also decent prices for bubble tea
I'm obsessed with blown ones from here. I was afraid to try it if I didn't like it, but I'm dressed and every time I go to town, I have to get one! I usually get the mango base with earth beer that complement each other. if they are not sure what to get, the employees are so helpful, so they will be happy to help!
I brought my daughter here to try the drinks, I have to admit that I was curious myself. as soon as they overcome the strange feeling, the bubbled is beautiful, earth blown burst in their mouth. one of the drinks was not quite right and the staff immediately changed it...with a bonus large drink, very good customer service.
My little girl was desperate to try bubble tea after seeing it online. She was not disappoint. The staff were really helpful in telling us how it works and recommending the flavours. It's was yummy but strange at the same time. Once we got used...to the popping bubbles it was amazing. Unfortunately we l8ve over 100 miles away but we are back in Cardiff this weekend and the first place we will visit is here.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! it’s always a warm welcome when me and my sister come here, the staff are unconditionally kind and will be happy to help anyone! if you get anxious talking to people this is the place for you because the staff mostly lead the conversation. i come here often and i love the drinks! (ps: i recommend the caramel matcha for those who don’t like overly sweet drinks! i will carry on returning tbh i think forever! thank you bubblebase!

Had my regular matcha order and I have to say its the best quality matcha in cardiff by far. I highly recommend it if you're a matcha lover like me!
My go to place for a perfect matcha, love coming back here every time I'm in the area. Lovely, fast service with fantastic drink options and workers. x
