My starter and dessert were both delicious, but the turkey main course left something to be desired. The roasted potatoes were meant to be garlic and perhaps thyme-flavored, but I couldn’t detect either, and they were quite heavy. The Brussels sprouts were advertised as shaved with chestnuts, yet they appeared overcooked and brown, with no chestnut flavor or sight at all. Additionally, while the single pig in blanket was tasty, it felt a bit stingy; 2 or 3 would have been more appropriate. On a positive note, the turkey itself was excellent, the gravy was flavorful, and the red cabbage was good, too. Since we hadn't eaten since breakfast, we finished it all, but I wouldn't choose that main dish again. The Christmas decorations were lovely, and we appreciated the inclusion of Christmas crackers on our table. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and really enjoyed our time, thanks to Simon! The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and offering a diverse range of options for every taste. It's evident that the kitchen team takes immense pride in their work. The wine list was just as impressive, featuring an excellent selection that paired wonderfully with our meal. Having so many high-quality choices truly elevated our dining experience. The highlight, however, was the service provided by Karol and Emily. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. Their attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed. Exceptional service like theirs is a rarity, and they both deserve to be commended. Thank you, Browns, for creating such a memorable Christmas celebration. We will definitely return soon!

From the moment we stepped in, the staff made us feel genuinely valued. I'd like to give special recognition to Andreea, whose dedication and meticulousness truly stood out. She was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless. Her sincere concern for the guests contributed greatly to our enjoyment. The menu offered a fantastic array of options, and every dish we sampled was not only beautifully presented but also full of flavor. The cocktails were remarkable as well—Browns clearly excels at creating a memorable dining experience. Overall ratings: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
