While the pizza was fantastic, the service at The Switch was lacking, as usual. I didn’t receive a greeting when I walked in, and the three staff members didn’t offer a smile. When I placed my order, they seemed more focused on other conversations than on me. Clearly, they could use some additional training in customer service. View all feedback. my own is mixed, first time order take from this business and the quality was absolutely beautiful, had pizza and pasta, servings were very generous and keep from the cook, they know how to cook good Italian cuisine. one of our pasta dishes, however, was a fish dish and I am very disappointed that the entire pasta container was with 2 garnels and 1 row of calamari, when the description says a lot of seafood, I expect...
