A Quatre Temps is a brasserie located in the center of Carcassonne (in the new town, not in the fortress), a Middle Ages city in the South of France. We came here to eat a home-made cassoulet with a glass of red wine, and a...coffee. My 6 years old daughter ate breaded chicken with frittes and ice-cream. It is a very comfortable restaurant, where you can taste local cuisine. Very good place to begin the travel. View all feedback.
