Cw's Custom Smoke - Carbon

Wonderful BBQ stop! I really liked their BBQ chicken, it was moist and tender! Choped brisket and pinto beans were good too! BUT the cream corn casserole is the best! And absolute must when you stop by. The owner was friendly and very nice. 10/10. I am definitely stopping by again if I'm driving through the area! Comparative to most BBQ places in Houston. The building does not look like a typical building on the outside. Follow the signs and you'll find it! Its super clean on the inside and very nice.

I usually don't like BBQ, but CW's is the exception! I always choose to eat there because I love everything on their menu. The service is excellent too. We are thrilled that CW's has made Carbon, Texas their home. You can't go wrong with anything you order. The people are great, the food is delicious, and the service is awesome. Don't forget to try the jalapeno peppers - they're my favorite, along with the bacon potato wedges!

Although I am typically not a fan of BBQ, this restaurant is an exception. I always choose to dine here because I love everything I eat. The service is also excellent.

I am happy to support CW's Custom Smoke as a small business. We drove from Fort Worth to Carbon after hearing about CW's and seeing their menu and reviews on Facebook.We tried the ribs (wonderful smoke, fall off the bone and tasty), brisket (the perfect Texas treat) and the thick cut pork chop (glad you had this on the menu, smoked and still tender and juicy). We also had all the sides and banana pudding.I highly recommend the food.I also highly recommend the hospitality. There are few things like going into a place that treats you like a valued customer. It is enough to make you want to come back and bring your friends, because you instantly know you are among friends when you go into CW's Custom Smoke.Please go and support small business, even if it means driving for a bit, you won't regret it.
