I stayed in the East, but opted for breakfast at Cisco. La Finca is definitely a great choice. The staff were friendly, and the food arrived quickly. The portion sizes are generous for the price. I was really pleased with my breakfast experience here. View all feedback.
What Daryl n Lisa Green doesn't like about La Finca:
The service was commendable, and the staff was friendly. However, the food was only average overall. The buffet selection on Friday night was decent, but the taste and quality of the Mexican dishes left much to be desired. If fajitas are offered, they should come with fresh, homemade tortillas rather than pre-made store-bought ones that weren't very appealing. On a positive note, the tea was good. The first time I visited the service was impeccable and the chicken fried steak was cooked to perfection. The second visit was the exact opposite. The service was non-existent and the chicken-fried steak was a battered piece of inedible gristle. I couldn’t even get my server to my table to point out this mess. She was busy gossiping at the cashiers stand. Dine at your own risk.

It would’ve been 5 stars but the service was terrible. I’ll start this by saying I’ve worked in customer service for years and know what is good service and what is not. I base my tips on service, if the service is good I’ll give a 20-25 percent tip. I didn’t not tip this time. My boyfriend and I showed up and we sat ourselves and got our menus (which is fine) our waitress got our drink order and our food order, brought our food out and that was it. She didn’t come back by once. My boyfriend’s drink was empty for almost 20 minutes so I went up and asked them for a refill, I thought after that she’d come by to check on us again, nope. We were there for an hour in total. We were done eating about 35 minutes into our visit we sat there the rest of the time waiting for our check and Togo boxes. My boyfriend went to the bathroom and I was gonna pay while he was in there, no one came by to check on me. I was gonna order a sundae for me and him to share but at that point I was so irritated I just said whatever I’ll go to Dairy Queen. My boyfriend came back and I went to the bathroom and came back and asked “have they been by?” He said no. He then went up to the counter and a waitress walked over to the counter and checked us out. I just think if I go to a restaurant that’s full service, I shouldn’t have to get up to ask for stuff. I really recommend the food but the service really makes me not want to return.
The service was nice, good employees, but my food had no seasoning carne guisada) it had no flavor whatsoever, it was graduation night, we were celebrating, but my food was gross. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
