Bonjour à tous Je voulais donner notre avis sur ce restaurant .Pour nous la restauration s'articule autour de 3 choses : le cadre, le service et le repas .Conce... read more Bonjour à tous Je voulais donner notre avis sur ce restaurant .Pour nous la restauration s'articule autour de 3 choses : le cadre, le service et le repas .Concernant le cadre , nous n'avons pas été déçu , il correspondait exactement à ce que nous imaginions (magnifique vue sur la baie de Morlaix )Concernant le service il a été impeccable ,agréable, professionnel et précis ( nous avions une fille de 3 ans qui a été chouchoutée et nous avons réellement apprécié )Quant au niveau du repas 2 menus optimistes ont été choisis à 56 euros chacun ( amuse bouche entrée plat et dessert avec 2 verres de vins )En résumé , nous encourageons à aller dans ce restaurant d un niveau 2 étoiles Michelin .Cordialement Max et co

Ca n'a pas forcement bien commencé puisque nous avions retrouvé la carte identique à l'année dernière.Le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 2*, surtout par man... read more Ca n'a pas forcement bien commencé puisque nous avions retrouvé la carte identique à l'année dernière.Le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 2*, surtout par manque de personnel car le personnel est très compétent avec une mention spéciale pour le sommelier fort sympathique.Coté table nous n'avons pas pu enlever les prospectus - vraiment pas agréable - à la gloire du chef pourtant inexistant lors de nos 2 diners. Bon... la nourriture est pour le coup généreuse et gouteuse.Autre mention spéciale pour le café et ses douceurs.

The fresh, clean flavours he gets out of the amazing local produce is a triumph. The pre-dessert which...was not listed was a particular highlight cleansing the palate with an inventive use of fresh apple, and his new rhubarb dessert was sublime and left me grinning all the way home. Nicholas may not have his 2nd star just yet but the meal gets a 5 star review from me. Front of house was also excellent with a service that was impeccably professional but not overbearing. Thanks you for a wonderful experience!

The fresh... read more We visited this restaurant before Patrick Jeffroy Koch was so we were interested to see what Nicholas would produce and he certainly not disappointed. The fresh, clean aromas he gets from the amazing local products are a triumph. The pre-dessert, which was not listed, was a special highlight to clean the palate with an inventive use of fresh apple, and his new Rhabarb dessert was raised and made me grin all the way home. Nicholas can't have his 2nd star yet, but the meal gets a 5-star rating from me. In front of the house was also excellent with a service that was perfectly professional but not overlaid. We chose a fixed menu and found every item brought to... read more We were welcomed warmly to to the restaurant and given a table with a lovely view of the Baie de Morlaix. We chose a fixed menu and found every item brought to us as exceptionally innovative and well prepared, with a combination of tastes which were cleverly balanced and finely judged, including a variety of interesting amuses bouches. Service was prompt and yet unobtrusive.
