Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Ashley was our waitress and is funny, an absolute gem. All the wait staff was upbeat and cheerful. The view of the beach at sunset was beautiful. Cocktails to start, great, not too sweet and well made. Food was Incredible! I tried the shrimp tacos smoked jalapeño aiolo was delicious. My husband tried the rib eye and gave it a thumbs up. Ribeye was served with mashed potatoes and greens, which today was a perfectly done mix of zucchini, summer squash, carrots, and broccoli. Yuuum. For dessert, Ashley recommended the chocolate banana bread pudding served with butter pecan ice cream. I should've listened to her but ordered the homemade key lime pie instead. The pie (while tasty, took 1 bite) was happily boxed and taken home for tomorrow because the chocolate banana bread pudding was Incredible! No pictures were taken, sadly. We enjoyed our evening too much to stop and take pictures.

Always satisfied with quality of food and service at the Shipyard. Sunset views at dinner are always breathtaking. I think they are handicapping themselves with the number of high-top tables available in the restaurant. There is often a waiting time at peak periods because guests want standard, low-top tables. Since this is a combined bar and restaurant, the use of high-top tables is understandable, however, recognizing the age of the crowd and patronage this place experiences, high-top tables are not often a welcome seating arrangement.
