We did the 7 course menu and were really disappointed. Food was not tasteful. one of the fishes were smelly. Risotto was not cooked to the right point. The soup was cold. Only one course was good, the last one (lamb) and deserts were very good. For a Michelin star, we were expecting much better food and service. The wine pairing was also very basic, with young wines and nothing was positively surprising us. When we ask more questions to the sommelier, he would just stick to the label.

If warmer weather, I would recommend that guests arrive early to have pre-dinner drink at the outdoor bar/lounge associated with the restaurant/hotel.
