Poke - Capitola

I had one of the best poke bowls here—better than the one I tried at a Hawaiian restaurant in Santa Cruz. They offer a wide variety of toppings, and you can choose up to three types of fish in the same bowl at no extra cost. The service was excellent, and the outdoor seating was really enjoyable. We've passed by this place many times before, but now we definitely plan to return. The only suggestion from our table was to increase the amount of rice in the bowls to make them a bit more filling.

Santa Cruz Poke serves fantastic, healthy, fresh, and beautifully presented poke bowls. I always place my order online, and it's ready by the time I arrive. The owner, Ryan, is incredibly friendly and has a fun way of greeting me. He even shows me my bowl before I pay, and all the containers and utensils for takeout are compostable! My favorite order includes ahi tuna with a rice/quinoa mix, citrus ponzu sauce, edamame, onions, jalapenos, cucumbers, macadamia nuts, avocado, and Sriracha on the side. It's always filling and absolutely delicious. This is by far the best healthy option in the area. While it might be a bit pricey, I don’t mind paying for quality food. Ryan clearly puts a lot of effort into delivering a top-notch product, and he really understands his customers—it's evident in the way he interacts with everyone. Keep up the great work, Santa Cruz Poke!

Great place. Fresh fish and fresh ingredients. Even my five-year-olds loved her pancake. Vegetarian, vegan and paleo options. We came here for our birthday and brought our bowls to the wine bar! So much fun. The best food in Capitola village!

Amazing poke bowls!!! Lots of variety and everything we tried was VERY good. We just went in and said 2 of whatever you like xD he knocked it out of the bay ;

We often come here when we're in town, I think we're eating here. The quinoa/brown rice and yam noodles are super delicious! Everything is fresh and delicious. Take me back to Kona!
