Got a 10$ drink almost a third unfilled. I call the store to politely complain. Whoever answered the phone referred me back to doordash saying that they would refund me. People who?ve used doordash know that they mess up almost everyorder and at some point they stop refunding you for their mistakes. I told her this and she says ?cool? we?ll thanks for lettingme know?.? You know how expensive these drinks are. I bet they?re not nearly empty when you make your own drink at the store. Iordered two extra shots of caffeine and somehow it was still near empty. I?m not surprised at the poorly made drink but I amsurprised at the service and the rude response from whoever I spoke to on the phone. First and last time ordering here

I have no idea who thought these lids were a good idea, but now there’s coffee all o... read more The lid fell apart in my coffee within minutes and ended up disintegrating. I have no idea who thought these lids were a good idea, but now there’s coffee all over my car and the lid is in pieces. I can even see the remnants of the Pete's coffee in my rearview mirror. It only served its purpose as a lid for about five minutes. Plus, it looks really unappetizing as it breaks down in your drink.
