What julian campbell doesn't like about Peet's Coffee:
Ordered on door dash. Got a 10$ drink almost a third unfilled. I call the store to politely complain. Whoever answered the phone referred me back to doordash saying that they would refund me. People who’ve used doordash know that they mess up almost every order and at some point they stop refunding you for their mistakes. The lid degraded into my coffee within minutes and fell off. I don’t know who thought these lids were a good idea because coffee is all over my car and the lid is in pieces and I can still see the petes coffee in my rear view. It functioned as a lid for about 5 minutes. Also it looks freaking gross as it erodes into your coffee.
Service is excellent. Food great. Atmosphere not the best.
I always like to grab my coffee from a friendly batista. That's the best way to start my day.
