The soup was good, chashu was good, corn was fresh and sweet. Their sushi was also great. I guess whenever I want to eat ramen. I will beback here.

I ordere... read more I ordered AKA TONKOTSi paid around $16.00 tax incl. The pic on the wall showed something completely different. It shows a piece of meat and vegetables. I ordered to go. They gave me a big plastic bowl, but inside of it a very small plastic container withthe ramen soup in it. Basically i paid $16.00 for a small bowl of ramen without meat. I felt cheated!

Although we... read more We used to visit Santa Cruz often, and Kaito was always our go-to whenever we weren't sure what to eat. I especially love their spicy garlic ramen. Although we hadn’t been to Santa Cruz for almost two years, we discovered today that the restaurant had moved to a shopping mall. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I quickly confirmed it’s still run by the same owner and was happy to find the quality just as excellent as before!

The ginger flavor was delicate, and the garlic was perfectly balanced—not overpowering at all. The pork was slightly sweet and incredibly tender. It also came with crunchy garlic topping, which added an amazing texture to the noodles. The portion size was generous, especially for the price. I’ll definitely be ordering this again and can’t wait to explore the other flavors!
