What Michael Baker doesn't like about Mod Pizza:
I shouldn't have to deal with employees being visibly irritated that I'm ordering food an hour before closing. They had the toppings broken down and were breaking them down as we were ordering. If you want to do all of that stuff earlier then close at 10 instead of 11. What an awful experience. View all feedback.

The new counter staff were AMAZING to my husband and me. They prepared our pizza quickly and exactly to our preferences. They provided us with disposable water glasses and an extra plate for dining in. They even kindly showed us how to use the machine to dispense water, as we weren't familiar with it. We were bid a friendly farewell. We look forward to visiting again and hope to have our order prepared by the same friendly staff.
The toppings are mixed up and not maintained cleanly. Tables and restrooms are often dirty with food crumps and paper napkins everywhere. They run out of ingredients in the evenings. I like the chain but this particular location needs to tidy up.
