They never give me a very pleasant experience. The staff is always very friendly and patient and serves coffee and breakfast all day! It's the best underground in my area.

I walked into this subway on a friday. It was pretty slow so it was kind of quiet. Heading back toward the bathroom I end up stuck behind an employee who was taking his precious time to get back behind the counter. No big deal. I continue walking behind him. Then I see him extend his arm to the wall. HE WIPED A BOOGER ON THE WALL! Serious no fuc×s given. So I say thats disgusting. He turns around and mumbles something I said I saw you that's nasty. Then he goes into the kitchen area. I walk into the disgusting bathroom and walk right out. Never go to this place! For anything!

I was there Tuesday morning and the old man who was working there was sooo rude. Customer service 0, attitude 0, greet and meet 0, i would give him 0 stars for everything. What kind of a sandwich place that doesn?t have a coffee? I saw the coffee machine, but the man said they don?t have a coffee. So be it! Man knows lol. I don?t know about the other employees here but definitely won?t go again there because of this dude.

I'm so glad that all these people who are commenting great customer service don't own your own business because obviously they don't know what great customer service is they even tried to give me molded bread and when I said something to the man he tried to pick the mole off and Continue making the sandwich I walked out and never went back
