First time going to a Sonic. The line was long but the amount of time waited was decent. The employees were very friendly and helpful. There was no soda available but they were patient with helping me choose a different beverage (they have a lot of choices). The food was fresh and hot. Would eat here again if in the area. I ordered the Shaft Burger. The sandwich was soggy with a slightly crispy onion ring. The Kaltburger was disappointing and the Tater Tots were hard and stale. The food I received was sloppy. I ordered chili cheese fries, which looked unappetizing. The fries were crumpled up and looked like they had been mishandled. The hot dog buns were hard, indicating they had been left out for too long or microwaved. The hot dog itself was lukewarm and carelessly placed in the container. The burgers were haphazardly thrown together, with some of the ingredients even falling off the bun. This happened too frequently to overlook. While the staff may be trying their best, it is important to remember that returning customers come from good customer service. Chick-fil-A may not have the most extraordinary food, but their exceptional service keeps people coming back. Unfortunately, this restaurant missed the mark.
For two beats and a hot dog. We waited for these articles for over 45 minutes. I had to ask for a refund from my car. When I finally got it, no excuses were offered. Remember, they had a kitchen full of workers, so the delay does not make sense. Ultimately, they don't care. Basically, only if you have time to kill. If they move that slowly for a fast food? I am sure that the cleanliness of the workplace remains something to be desired.
Every time I come to this place, they always confuse my order! This is not what I paid and when I got the whole way home, I realized that the order was wrong again! It is my fault that I first come here and not checked before my departure, but I should be confident that the workers are enough to read my order and prepare them properly. Not happy! If the person I got the meal for, not so hungry would I? ve took it back
Ordered a Toaster Breakfast sandwich with tots about 20mins after the store opened. No line/rush, but this is what I got.... ? (Key word toaster.... Won't return anytime soon. Too many other options in the area at this point. Disappointed. Service was 50/50....I initially pulled up to the outermost speaker (because there was a cone in the first lane . After a few minutes, someone let me know--THROUGH THE SPEAKER--that I was at the wrong speaker...I moved to the first lane, the volume was much lower. I ordered. Service at the window was fine...
