It was clean the sandwich was delicious, they did pull their chips so I asked the girl, was the crew worth it? She said this was her first day. To offer gluten free bread and sandwich choices but not prepare it in a separate place is outrageous. The standard for all Jersey Mike's is to prepare the sandwiches on their own station. Do not eat here if you havw gluten sensitivity or celiac View all feedback.
Was the only person in there and the employee wouldn’t get off her phone to take an order. Slow moving and unprofessional.

I recently visited Jersey Mike 's in Capitol Heights, MD at 8:58pm and was very disappointed with the unprofessional and rude customer service I received from one of the employees. When placing my order, I realized I needed to change the size of the sandwich. Despite the other half of the sub roll sitting right in front of her, the employee told me I could not make the change. I politely said okay and moved forward. When I got to the register, I asked about the price difference. She explained but also told me that she would charge me the price of the Giant instead of the two regulars for her inconvenience. She continued to be very rude and disrespectful with her words. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that this young lady was the manager. I then asked her name, and she refused to provide it. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant, and I left feeling dissatisfied with the level of service. I hope Jersey Mike 's addresses this issue, as customer service is a crucial aspect of any dining experience.
I went in 15 min after completing a mobile order. My sub wasn't ready so I waited 20 min more. Since i was on a 30 min lunch break, i couldn't wait anymore and had to get a refund. This wasn't the first time it happened, but it was the last.
