I received a call from his sister this morning informing me that Mark had recognized him at the Total Garage. This was all possible because of the dedicated team on duty who alerted him about MR, who had been there all night. MR was calm, treated with dignity and respect, and was able to feel at ease as plans were made to get him the support he needed. It’s not easy for someone whose world can often feel unsafe, both internally and externally. A big happy birthday to Mark too, and a heartfelt thank you for your kindness. To the teams at TotalEnergies Lakeside, day and night, you truly changed a family's difficult day in 2024 simply by being who you are and showing your care. Thank you all. Enkosi Kakhulu.
