The Sunshine Food Sprouting Co African Vegan Cafe

Just before closing time, the owner graciously found us a table for two, even though there was only one available. This cozy setup allowed us to have a great conversation with the chef as he prepared our delicious vegan meals, infused with joy and love.

I want to express my gratitude to the reviewers and Google for introducing me to this fantastic vegan quick bite spot. It is truly underrated. The owner, who is also the chef and a gardener, grows most of the veggies (including various sprouts) with her family. I have never tasted a vegan burger as delicious as the ones here, and the smoothies are amazing too. The fact that all vegan burgers come with a filling side like lentil curry sets this place above the rest. Definitely the best vegan restaurant in Cape Town!

The vegan burger and dal were absolutely fantastic, as well as the delicious fresh juice. The young individuals who operate the restaurant are truly remarkable - they are passionate about their work.

Such delicious and healthy food in this fabulous caffe! highly recommended. I want to come back to try the carrot cake!
