Order my first pizza hut. The online order is very straight and user-friendly. Price is reasonable. I ordered the special, 3 large pizzas for R270 and free delivery. Was not sure that the difference between the pan and the traditional base so ordered both. Basically, pan has a thick base and more bread like texture. Fast and tasty pizza, personal in store could be a bit more friendly

Nt the best pizza I had... also under the circumstances I can understand..it's located in very busy place...soo won't b to top notch bt pizza was nice atleast... had a guy sleeping at the table we were sitting at outside.. guess it's jus very comfortable for the ppl walking around doing there Xmas shopping clothes... staff honestly nt the friendliest aswelll...guess it was n tiring day
I ordered via bolt. The restaurant took extremely long to hand over the food to the driver even though it was a very simple order (they took a full hour to prepare the food). Just 2 pizzas. The food was cold and hard and not even my kids ate it. Usually my 7 year old loves any pizza, but not this. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I don't think they taste the pizza, it tastes bad.
Good food and efficient cooking times. But they always seem understaffed nobody dedicated to staying at the counter. The delivery guys also often crowd the till and counter while they're waiting for their orders which is unpleasant for other customers.
