The food was amazing but of our 2 weeks in SA it was the most expensive which was strange as we ate at much more prestigious restaurants. But I state the food was excellent. Moving to Cape Town and found this place a fantastic Italian family ran authentic restaurant. it has a great cozy atmosphere with the smell of a wood stove and eat away. whole eating, loved it and will be many times again. children also loved it.

We came late for dinner and they were ready to help us, we had a really nice fresh salad and a pizza, both were excellent. Typical European style restaurant with 2 waiters who are able to think for themselves and proud of what they do

That was extraordinary. I'm in shock by how amazing everything tasted. I had the gluten-free pasta, and it was the best I ever had. The Auberginen-Lasagna was from this world. The cheesecake was amazing and I don't like cheesecake! 10/10. This place should be #1 on travel advisors!

During my stay in Cape Town, I spent most of my time endulging in seafood and hardly ever visited the Italian restaurants. Nevertheless, I decided to try out the pizza. The seafood options were quite expensive so I went for the normal ham, peppers and mushrooms. I did enjoy the thin base and the smell of the wood burning oven just creates the authenticity of the typical Italian restuarants.
