Lefty's - Cape Town

I use Uber Eats for convenience. Lefty is a great option for Burger with Fritten. The food standards are really high and I am always satisfied with my orders. My first assignment at Lefty really impressed me. I was more concerned about the pricing of a simple burger and pomme, but this was soon justified when I opened my first order. I can only say that was a damn good burger. I would say I ordered about 10 to 15 times, all are positive experiences. I can't really complain. If the burgers would fall in the price, maybe around the R80 brand, I'm sure more people would order. I would also like to see larger portions of frits, maybe packed separately. All in all, I would recommend the order of Lefty for this special meal, or if you want to treat yourself.

I went to this relaxed restaurant on a lazy Friday evening with a friend to see what the hype was around this place. we were there during happy hour, but the bar was closed as she had a training session for a new bartender, I was not stressed because the next day I made a 10 km long run. the food didn't take too long to arrive, even if they were short occupied. ordering while happy hour meant that we got a nice discount on the burgers and we could splurge and the ribs! the ribs were smokey and well seasoned, but they lubricated so hard. some of the meat was tender with a nice char, while others were burned and as chew as sweets. I did what I could (that I didn't waste my money) the burgers were juicy and had a nice basing sauce. they were much better! I always check out bathroom, and it was pleasantly clean. the outside seat is ideal for smoking or if you want to be closer to the bar. the bar looked good filled, but I'm not much drunk. from the outskirts they expect fat pub-grub but so much more than that. lefty’s is very quirky and his quirk is best enjoyed with friends. *our waiter jeandré was a favorite, and he earned leftys extrastar. even though he was the only one in layer, he made sure we were searched. Service is rather slow, but ribs and burgers are fantastic! I dare say that the ribs are probably the best I had. Recommended : .

Interesting vibe. Boys bar. Great service with a really enthusiastic and interactive waiter. Food was delicious!! Outside covered smoking area. Great gin specials. Cool place for the boys to meet up for a drink and chow

The ribs was good but the pulled pork had no flavour at all which was disappointing. The chicken burger was just as plain.Can only recommend the ribs. Atmosphere was OK if you looking only to eat. The service of the servers can be better. The rest room is totally rank.
