Kfc Grassy Park - Cape Town

Went to kfc rampy park last night at 21:30 wanted the 10 pieces family-proof that they had no wings, so it was not available, the manager then hit the 6 piece for r99 I bought 2 and burger, I must say what a great choice and better replacement. the maische and gravy was so beautiful and tasty the chicken was freshly cooked and delicious, thanks for a good meal last night. keep them good work.

Service is acceptable and the food was fresh when I went (especially on Saturday) a lot of seating and there is air conditioning that works. it's a pretty quiet kfc, but that improves the dining experience. drive them also if they prefer to stop a quick one. do not remember a toilet

Food is fine but service is questionable I've always had one or other issue there... I would rather drive to ottery or tokai if I have the time. I will mention one incident, I was in the drive through line which on this day went into Victoria road and waited around 20 30 minutes to get to be 2nd in line at which point there is a A4 page just at that point to say there card machines is down... I was quite frustrated but told them that the line is long and they need to put these pages up everywhere so people don't waste their time... But they looked uninterested and almost confused at my suggestion ... 2 stars is for the food as it is fine...

The worst online service ever. Waited over an hour for a delivery. I ordered online and for one hour they were preparing my meal. Spoke to Yamkhela Mhakahula he told me to call Bolt. Disgusting....I agree that Grassy Park KFC is the worst and that they play blame instead of taking ownership for their services.

Ordered online at 18:00. Order only arrived at 20:00 after many attempts to try and find out where my delivery is and many promises of we will call you back When food eventually arrived it was cold and soggy. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
