It is always full and the management can't operate the shop and the customer expectations. The store is situated in a busy area but the management does not want to: 1) increase employees 2) there's always ready chicken one has to always wait for 10 to 15 minutes for the chicken to be ready. 3) there is no space enough to separate the people collecting food and people waiting to be served by cashiers. Worst service ever and on top of that small chicken DO NOT RECOMEND long waiting time for this junk you wait like 20 minutes
Do not choose the Oreo Krusher. It is not the original Oreo that they use. One can taste the fake/cheap biscuit in it.

The meals for my family are always great, and the service is consistently large and well-known.
It's all right. The staff are friendly, and the service is quick.
