My husband and I always tend to go to this place for the perfect steak and burgers. This time I tried something different. I had the chicken limone skewers which was amazing! Had a grass fed burger, turns out it was fed baby roaches too. Wasnt able to digest them properly as they came out as whole baby roaches on the burger. Gave my details and heard nothing back from the owners since the 8th of October. Pathetic customer service. We had a table of about 20 people and they felt just giving another on of those burgers or a refund for the price of that burger would be satisfactory. Despite a large bill. Had a very disappointing first experience after hearing many good reviews. Ordered a 300g Rib-eye steak (medium) and received a sirloin cut of meat. I alerted up to 4 waiters that I had received the incorrect cut of steak, to the point where all 4 waiters proceeded to surround my table and insisted that it was rib-eye. What an absolutely gorgeous space. Hostess was super friendly and helpful and clearly informed us that our meal would take approx 25mins after we each placed our orders. The only down side was that our food was not served simultaneously. My daughter didn't order meat but chicken strips and fries and her food arrived 15 mins ahead of ours.
