The fried chicken is excellent, prepared with a clever touch of hot sauce before being battered and fried to perfection. The biscuits are delicious, though I would prefer them with just butter instead of a honey and butter mixture. My son and wife enjoyed the Cajun tenders, which are all white meat strips. What Steven Cupani doesn't like about Krispy Krunchy Chicken Cape May:
I've always loved this chicken but on 11/05/2021 6:23 pm I ordered a 12 PC Cajun tender order #A-58, the cook had apparently dropped the tenders into the fryer with an order of Shrimp that was just before my order, the tenders tasted terrible and later both my and my son's stomachs churned the rest of the night until relieved...it was the worst! Teach your cooks not to fry chicken and shrimp at the same time! View all feedback.
Whenever I'm craving fried chicken, I always head straight to this restaurant. I usually order a 2-piece white and a corn dog, and they prepare it in just 7-10 minutes, which is well worth the $10 total. They have two large booths for dining in, as well as options for delivery and takeout orders. The service is good, and the fried chicken is the crispiest, crunchiest, and best-tasting around - even better than my own homemade version. I always make my own sides at home to go with it. This place is a must-visit when you're at the shore.
There were tiny bone fragments in some of my boneless tenders. The Mac'N Cheese tasted like kraft box flavorless. Wouldn't recommend. Chicken tenders did have a decent seasoning. Nothing to call home about though. Overall Overpriced and Probably won't order again.
Chicken is greasy. Overcooked with salty breading. Pizza is mediocre at best on a good day. Overpriced. I am done with this place.
Personally, I prefer dark meat on the bone, but they were still tasty. The fries didn't hold up well during the trip back home and were soft instead of crispy. Overall, a great place for a meal, especially with the generous portion sizes in the family share meal. It may not be cheap, but it's worth the value.
The chicken was fantastic - crispy and packed with flavor. The potato skins (fries) were also tasty, although I would have preferred regular fries. The biscuits were delicious, with a delectable honey butter flavor. The service at the restaurant was excellent and welcoming.
