Wendy's Restaurant - Cape Girardeau

I ordered 2 meals, when we opened the sandwiches, it looked like someone pucked old shredded cheese on them and they had a funky smell. Well we were already too far away to turn around. So i called the store just to be called a liar and hung up on. I called the next morning and talked to a manger and she apologized and said for us to come in and get 2 combos. Well we went in that evening just to be told my name was never wrote down. So again another lie.

They had the most comfortable chairs in front of a fireplace. Of course it wasn't on but should've been concidering it is electric) and ate a frosty n watched tv. On a sad note the couple in front of us asked if they had senior citizens discount. They said no but had a veteran . They should honor both

First of all I have a very close friend that works there : I was impressed that they did come around and check on the customers

Handed false burgers, the doors were locked due to lack of staff, so I went between cars to repair my burger because the line was very long. The manager was sweet, how could know exactly what happened apologise... She didn't give me the burger who was already done that just happened to sit there. She made me a completely new one! This is customer service!
