dunkin’ is always great and efficient- BUT, today, not so much. my friend ordered a beverage with Cold Foam, and when the boy at the window handed out the beverage, it didn’t have Cold Foam in it. We handed the drink back and asked if he could put Cold Foam on it, and he replied with a snarky comment. “I’m looking right at the drink, it doesn’t say cold foam on it.” He’s clearly dyslexic. Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. A $30 order and not a single thing was good. Placed my order on the app and when got to the store it took over 30 minutes for them to get my order ready. When I finally received my order they told me they ran out of French crullers and substituted it for plain glazed. So my dozen donuts mostly consisted of glazed and that’s not what I wanted. Pulled up to the window and the girl literally just stared at me with her mouth open for 15 seconds as if she had no clue what i was doing in the drive thru. Eventually just handing me my order without saying anything or closing her mouth. Weirdest drive thru employee encounter Ive ever had
The girl with pink hair is amazing! My whole family adds them every time we move away. If we see them through the way, my husband, dogs and I know we get great service! Always get our orders perfectly. I go there every day and never failed a day when she works the foods and coffees are perfect. Always so beautiful and welcoming! Great experience, it needs an increase!!
I changed my 1 star to a 4 star. I don't know if they have a new manager or someone cracked, but it's going so much better from about 4 months. It seems if this one male manager there is everyone a good attitude and customer service and runs better. (the bad and rude attitude in this place was from the charts before!) We have noticed that attitude 100% comes back when it is NOT there.
Great donut and coffee place. Love her turkey sausage, egg and cheese croissant.
Ordered a chai latte and it was very watered down. Too much ice in there which is probably the reason why it tasted like an Aquafina. If I wanted to get hydrated I would have asked for a water. Did a mobile order and food sat in the back for 30 minutes because they thought I’d pick it up at the window even though mobile orders are allowed to be picked up inside. It was only 9:00am.
