Dunkin' - Cape Coral

This restaurant used to be my go-to spot, but not anymore. Every time I visit, I feel rushed to place my order. The customer service is lacking and I feel like I am bothering them when I pick up my order. There is no welcoming atmosphere and most of the time, the staff barely says a word before handing me my drink. I initially thought it was just a bad day, but after experiencing this five times now, I realize it is just consistently bad customer service. It is disappointing because the restaurant is so close to my home. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It is rare that I pamper in Donuts, but I stopped this week and for my joy, they had headlights!! I was so excited. Have not found this since they live in Upstate NY and have not disappointed them! Yummy Yummy! The staff was so friendly. So glad I stopped.

Fast friendly service. A little short on donut places this afternoon, but coffee was great.

I get an iced coffee with cream and sweet n low on the side. The staff that works the drive in window is always always friendly quick and efficient. America DOES run on Dunkin

Bought donuts at 8am and they definitely didn't taste fresh. Also some were broken or missing icing. Beware of this dunkin donuts!
