Myself and my husband had a wonderful experience in this lovely restaurant this evening. One of the main reasons we enjoyed it so much was because of the friendliness, professionalism and efficiency of our two waiters, Ernesto and Jamie, both of whom couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive the food is delicious, as is the cocktails and the overall environment is quite unique, I can thoroughly recommend coming here for a dining experience in Mallorca
Enjoyed a very pleasant evening at Tapas Bar. The food was well-prepared and flavorful, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Our waiter, Ernesto, provided excellent service throughout the evening — professional, attentive, and helpful with recommendations. His approach made the overall dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely return.

First of all, maybe some people won 't be able to fully understand our review. If my expectations hadn 't been so high given the ambiance and presentation of the restaurant, we might have been a little less critical in the end. We decided on the recommendation for the tasting menu with 9 courses. 1. Unfortunately the portion sizes were way too big for so many courses. 2-4 courses came at once. Most of them are simply too big, so that in the end you could hardly get anything down. Already after the first two courses I told the waiter that I hoped there would not be more courses that were so big, otherwise I would burst. Admittedly, this can be complaining on a high level. 2. In addition, the courts then came like a shot. I 've tried to delay everything a bit, but everything seemed to have been planned very well and without consideration for the guest, which we found very disturbing and also uncomfortable for the evening. 3. then several of the dishes were very tasty, but much too salty, so that I could hardly take another bite. And personally, I 'm actually one of those people who add more salt and don 't skimp on the salt at home either. And although I could understand it with the tuna tartare with soy sauce, the following two dishes ended up being just way too salty. 4. When I then tried to express my criticism in a nice way, the waiters apparently did not like it, so that our wine was not refilled afterwards (this was a matter of course before) and we had to wait more than 20 minutes for our bill to be paid (this even more forced), although there wasn 't much going on and before we felt like we were served the whole menu without any breaks. 5. Since I didn 't like the dessert, I asked if I could exchange it for another. After the waiter asked, that didn 't seem to be a problem. In the end both of us got the dessert I changed. When I asked, the waiter said that you could only do this for a table. Apart from the fact that I don 't believe that, since you could have ordered other things and not both had to choose the tasting menu . We were not informed of this beforehand and the guest was not addressed here either. The dessert was very tasty at the end and my companion was not unhappy with the choice, but the opening of the restaurant suggests something else. In summary, a 3 star rating may not be entirely fair as there are far worse restaurants on the island. But in the end, what the restaurant embodies matters too and unfortunately we felt more like appearances than real. Overall, we found this very annoying, so we probably wouldn 't come a second time. However, we don 't doubt that the restaurant doesn 't have potential to be very good!

What a nice place to relax. Sat on the coach. Friendly service. Cozy, welcoming venue. Great food! Art on a plate and taste sensations. All of what we tried!
Everything was there to spend a marvelous moment at the Tapas Bar Park Hyatt. The place is beautiful, food and wine was wonderful and The waiters were fully dedicated to us. I had the feeling I was dining at a Restaurant étoilé, for the quality of service and attention. A big Thank you to the team that made us spend a wonderful dinner. The restaurant serves Tapas from different regions of Spain. All of them had the Chef’s touch and were delicious. My favorite were Madrid’s croquetas and also the Cheesecake ! While we were there they had live music. I was impressed by the talented musician, able to play so many instruments. This also was part of the magic. I highly recommend this restaurant while staying at Park Hyatt.
Scenery is very nice as to be expected. Food is very good and quite original variations on the common tapas team: service is amazing. First time we got some decent context on history, geographical origin and preparation of the various dishes we tried. Amazing wine to top it off. A treat.
We sat at the bar and Executive Chef Jose Miguel took care of us. Delicious food, superstar chef. Recommend the entrecôte and ham croquettes.
The personal treatwell was fantastic, the waiter was so sympathetic and professional. The food is incredible, all the tapas are very original and creatives with a lot color and odor and the more important it´s so yummy! I'm delighted with the place and with the food. An experience for repeat.
