The place is beautiful, food and wine was wonderful and The waiters were fully dedicated to us. I had the feeling I was dining at a Restaurant étoilé, for the quality of service and attention. A big Thank you to the team that made us spend a wonderful dinner. The restaurant serves Tapas from different regions of Spain. All of them had the Chef’s touch and were delicious. My favorite were Madrid’s croquetas and also the Cheesecake ! While we were there they had live music. I was impressed by the talented musician, able to play so many instruments. This also was part of the magic. I highly recommend this restaurant while staying at Park Hyatt.

First time we got some decent context on history, geographical origin and preparation of the various dishes we tried. Amazing wine to top it off. A treat.
