The place is beautiful, food and wine was wonderful and The waiters were fully dedicated to us. I had the feeling I was dining at a Restaurant étoilé, for the quality of service and attention. A big Thank you to the team that made us spend a wonderful dinner. The restaurant serves Tapas from different regions of Spain. All of them had the Chef’s touch and were delicious. My favorite were Madrid’s croquetas and also the Cheesecake ! While we were there they had live music. I was impressed by the talented musician, able to play so many instruments. This also was part of the magic. I highly recommend this restaurant while staying at Park Hyatt.

One of the main reasons we enjoyed it so much was because of the friendliness, professionalism and efficiency of our two waiters, Ernesto and Jamie, both of whom couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive the food is delicious, as is the cocktails and the overall environment is quite unique, I can thoroughly recommend coming here for a dining experience in Mallorca

Our waiter, Ernesto, provided excellent service throughout the evening — professional, attentive, and helpful with recommendations. His approach made the overall dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely return.
