Had the lamb sh... read more Arrived at Restaurant with my girlfriend, we were greeted by friendly staff who showed us to our table with complementary bread, olives and dip. Had the lamb shoulder and it was to die for, girlfriend had the beef fillet and it was just as good. Waiting times weren't to long, the atmosphere was lovely; cosy and traditional and there was nothing to fault. 100% reccomend to anyone and everyone.

Not so, as the title suggests they are always busy thoughout the year and the service and the frood...are the reason why!! You are given a complimentary something to ease the hunger on entering, a clever touch to ease the pressure in a busy restaurant and one that a few other establishments could learn from, I kow it's not everyone's cup of tea but do try the rabbit's liver shared between two. We have probably tried all of the mains over time and they are all excellent. Sometimes the red wine can be a little cold but it soon come to temperature. This family team work very hard to ensure you enjoy your visit.
