Lots... read more We stayed at the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel. During our stay we had breakfast and dinner there. Breakfast One of the best hotel breakfasts I 've experienced. Lots of fresh and delicious choices for the buffet . From cured meats, cheeses, pastries to fresh fruits, yoghurts. Then you have the food choices from the menu, again, delicious. Dinner I enjoyed my food so much I had a 3 course meal on two occasions just so I could try additional dishes. The produce is fresh, well executed and akin to a fine dining establishment in the UK without the extortionate prices and often obnoxious service. The waiting staff were all so friendly, smiley and attentive. I can 't tell which dish I enjoyed the most as they were all incredible in their own way!

Marta was a charming server — thanks for your excellent hospitality. Thanks to Estefan too — very welcoming. Delicious dinner — the food and the preparation. Forgot the name of the fellow that served our fish, after plating it for us (but see photo). Server excellent too! Pretty venue. Nicely done!

We were staying at a nearby hotel in Canyamel, given the negative of breakfast at that hotel we decided on the last day to change the routine and get up early t... read more We were staying at a nearby hotel in Canyamel, given the negative of breakfast at that hotel we decided on the last day to change the routine and get up early to go to Hyatt to have breakfast. Breakfast at the highest level, a variety of fresh seasonal fruits, a wide assortment of cakes and the possibility of ordering more options ... a luxury. But my reference is addressed to the deal, we went with a 5-year-old boy and since entering the door the king of that place felt special mention to Alfonso, who at all times made my son's whims come true by making requests outside of letter to him. Surely in our next visit to Mallorca we will not hesitate to return.

Nice and interesting mix of the standard food you’d expect (club sandwich, hamburger) combined with extensive salad variations and neat pastas (linguine Iberico being a personal favourite). Price not over the top for such a triple A location. Staff is in one word AMAZING. Stylish but not stiff, friendly to a fault and very service minded.

Comes with quite a lot of selection of food but in terms of Park Hyatt’s the taste was a little off. Not too sure what it is but for breakfast it is fine. For dinner, the food was bland and the fish was a bit rubbery. Not sure what happened to it but it isn’t something you expect for 23 euros. They were also out of a lot of the seafood to order so that was really disappointing. Also, we were the only people in the restaurant and they still managed to have the main entrees come slowly.
