A large taboo erected for a unique moment in a suspended temporality. With a passionate chef, a welcoming, charming and funny couple, a care service. All around a wonderful bouillabaisse (in order) revisited with wolf, grondin, rascasse, chapon, galinette, seiches, mussels, etc. and especially delicious.
