I will not be back. Ordered a coney and fries. The coney had WAY TOO MUCH MUSTARD. Way more than chili. The fries were old and cold. I had to leave immediately after getting my food so I didn’t realize it til I got home. They refused to fix the issue or even give my money back. This place has really went downhill. They use to be fresh and very good. Sad. Train better or do better. I blame the general managers and the manager on duty. It all starts with you! The carhop was a sweetheart. I’ll give you that much.
Sitting around watching the manager and workers, joke and have social hour for a solid 15 minutes before bothering to get our food cooking. Ridiculous.
When I order ice cream it should be melted so bad I can drink it. Also if I pay for extra toppings that doesn’t mean take my money and then put less. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! Also why do the workers run off before I can ask a question or even tell them they gave me someone else’s order ?!???
30min to get a slush and two chicken wraps. Slush not wiped down and wet and sticky on the outside. Some of the menu boards don't work.
