It was OK. Baked potato had a decent flavor but texture was a little off. Word to the wise, order the butter on the side, there had to have been most of a cup of margarine on my potato. Ask for extra napkins. View all feedback.
I love this place the food is always delicious and it’s always clean. The staff are very friendly, we go as often as possible
We arrived 15 minutes before closing time, and despite the long line of cars around the building, we were greeted with quick and friendly service. The potatoes were absolutely delicious, and the foot-long chili cheese dog was spot on. The portions are definitely worth every penny.
This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. The food is fantastic!
I visited the Potato Factory today and ordered three #10 meals—one with chives and a Frito pie. Instead, I received all ham and chives. When I called to address the issue, the rude manager hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. He seemed to remember me, asking if I was the one who always comes in. I found his behavior very unprofessional.
I eat here at least once a week!! Their service is excellent… they are fast, efficient, clean have never gotten my order wrong!! If you haven’t eaten here yet you’re truly missing out!! :
