By the time we finished the menudo they told us they ran out of bread. When I went to pay I mentioned we didn’t get our bread and asked if we would get a discount. She didn’t apologize and just said I would be charged full price because that’s how they rang it up. I disagreed stating she was charging me for something I did not receive. I suggested they remove my drink and she said no because the bread is one dollar and the drink is more. So I pointed out they did have a price on the bread. So I got my dollar back. The issue was never the dollar. It was the horrible response to their mistake.

It looked as if it had just been thrown onto the plate. The overall presentation was very disappointing, and the flavors were lacking.
