The burgers were cold, so cold that the cheese wasn't... read more Very disappointing location. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, but the food was terrible. The burgers were cold, so cold that the cheese wasn't even remotely close to melting against the patty. The lettuce had clearly not been even shaken off, but seemed to have been pulled directly out of a bowl of water, that's how wet the bun was. The fries were stale and bland, as if they had been cooked several hours earlier and left to sit under a heatlamp. The chicken strips were equally cold and dry. All in all, very disappointing experience. I wanted to like it because of how friendly the staff was, but poor food can't be offset no matter how polite the staff is.
