Yesterday we were in traffic for three hours. Hubby went for preop .. surgery Monday.. he wanted a Steak. Our waitress said it was ok to split the steak unlimited shrimp deal. Scott won't touch shrimp. We had the Bloomin' Onion of course love the Complimentary Bread. Perfect ending to our hectic day. Great Service! Beautiful young lady with beautiful black hair. Our server was wonderful. My mom spilt water on our appetizer and they replaced it quickly, no extra charge. The food was fabulous and desert was a great end to a wonderful birthday dinner. We will be going back soon.
The food....on point! Outback I've ran into bad experiences with so I haven't eaten there in years. It's been 10 years in GA never ate at this one but they proved me wrong.... outstanding!
Brooke Setser was a wonderful, caring server and the food was excellent! Food was cooked to perfection and served hot. I love the hot baked potatoes too because they are much tastier with butter melting easily. Steak was tender and hot and cooked just the way I like it. Brooke took very good care of us and anticipated all our needs. I hope she is my server next time too!
I visited the Canton GA location today (06/17/22), and asked to be seated in Nickolas W’s section. This was my 3rd visit to the location and Nickolas has taken care of me each time. He consistently provides exceptional customer service and ensures that all of his guests are taken care of, even when he has multiple tables seated back to back (like tonight). Nickolas makes each visit special and takes time to talk with guests. I look forward to seeing him again in a couple of weeks and hope that he is selected for the gas card. I visited Outback again tonight, and Nickolas was training a new server (Spencer). That says a lot about Nickolas’ skill as a server. The food and drinks were excellent, as usual, and service was exceptional. Spencer is also a great server and I know that he will do well at Outback.
