Contribute FeedbackDowntown Kitchen in Canton, Georgia offers a mixed bag of experiences, with some diners loving the artwork and attentive staff while others lament the self-absorbed service and overcooked steak. However, the food generally receives high praise, with items like wild mushroom ravioli and elk special garnering compliments. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, making it a great spot for a date night or special occasion. Despite some inconsistencies, Downtown Kitchen remains a favorite among many regular diners, with standout servers like Morgan and Steven adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience.
The waiter was super and very attentive to our needs! love this place!
The potato soup of the cook is perfection! it is not excessively thick, but has added a wonderful basic with foods of delicate kartoffel. exactly what we needed on a cold and windy winter night. the wild game special was elk served over a savory brotpudding. it was really the highlight of my day. the elk was boiled to the perfect temperature and was tender and tasty. the hearty brotpudding was like the best dressing they ever had at Thanksgiving, but 10 times better.
It was our first time at dk. the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our evening there. Come back!
Dk has again made a great work with eating and service. we go almost every week.
Ww went to Downtown Kitchen for an early New Years Eve dinner. It was outstanding. I had the Ossobuco special, my husband had the Short Ribs both were very good. For dessert I had the chocolate creme brulee our waiter gave me a shot of bailey's to go with it, I will definitely be ordering it this way in the future.
