As always the Bistro at Gervasi Vineyards was close to perfect. Looking forward to our next dining experience this Spring when we can enjoy the ambiance of the outdoor patio and lake views

We booked our table at the Bistro when we booked our Casa stay. The waitstaff was very knowledgeable. At first we were booked in a very cool location. I am very sensitive to cold, and our waitress immediately found another location for us. All waitstaff we came in contact with were superb! Our dinner and our wine were wonderful. Our plates were elegantly served
