What Lottie Koch doesn't like about Buffet Dynasty:
I used to love this place. My family and I went yesterday for dinner. Food was old, cold, and dried out. The signs all over the windows advertise hibachi, I asked the waitress what time the hibachi opened, she just said no and walked away...BUT.. the worst part was when we first got there, the man that was seating us asked if my granddaughter would be eating( she's 13 months), we told him she may have a little bit of... best Chinese buffet in strong county. the owner has the best service we have seen on a Chinese buffet. much better than katana on the autobahn. they treat as family. so our number one buffet. the general taos and Teraki-Kick is to die. View all feedback.

read moreThe restaurant has recently undergone some changes, with the removal of popular menu items like all-you-can-eat steak and pepper steak. The buffet seemed to have less beef options, but still had a decent selection of chicken and seafood. The food was described as hot and fresh, however, feedback about bugs in the food was concerning. Despite this issue, the food was praised for being absolutely delicious. Some long-time customers have noticed a decline in the buffet's quality and hope for improvement in the future. There were also complaints about the owner stealing money, disrespectful customer service, and unclean conditions in the restaurant. On the positive side, the restaurant was commended as the best Chinese buffet in Stark County, with the owner providing excellent service and treating customers like family. The General Tso's chicken and teriyaki dishes were specifically highlighted as must-try items. Overall, the restaurant received mixed reviews, making it a somewhat risky choice for diners.
