The food here is consistently good. However, the drive-thru service has been slow due to a shortage of employees, resulting in delays.
The restaurant had a very welcoming vibe. The food arrived hot, fresh, and promptly. The staff were fantastic!
I'm a truck driver. Lobby is closed. Walked to the window to place order was refused service. Then man at window said ain't my problem. This is another reason why truckers are feed up.
*READ* I placed and PAID for a mobile order an hour before the store closed and arrived at 8pm. I sat in the drive thru for about 12 minutes before reaching the orderbox. They greeted me and I let them know I had a pickup order and then I was told to go to the next window. I sat at the next window with no service for 15 minutes until someone opened the window and said were closed I let him know I had been sitting there for a while and had already paid for my order online. He told me that I needed to cancel it because they were closed. This was at 8:28p. They close at 9pm. I proceeded to tell him again, my order has already been processed and he kept telling me to cancel it however when I tried to cancel it, it tells me the order has already been processed and can not be canceled. So my money and time has been taken. Very disappointed with the service.
