The Piazza At Gervasi - Canton

The property itself is beautiful and the service was great but it felt as if the server was not trained enough for the standard Gervasi sets for itself. Before arriving to our reservation at the Piaza , a $25/person fee was paid for totaling $150 (which is used as credit towards the bill) but when our bottles of wine were brought to the table the servers did not know how to open them which kind of makes me think why did i spend almost $200 to secure a reservation at a place that does not train their employees enough?

We have always enjoyed making the experience in Piazza, tonight was disappointing. We felt like we've been paying $175 bail that we had an illumination and one of the many room heaters. The happy people who have not paid a deposit seem to have a much more beautiful culinary experience.

Son/girl visited from Texas. Had a nice evening in every way – we are very happy to have Gervasi with us!

Never disappoints! Was absolutely amazing! Our whole group could not stop raving about their meals, drinks, atmosphere, and most of all the AMAZING staff!

Our waitress, I think her name was Emily, was friendly, pleasant, fast and efficient. Our appetizers came out super fast and were delicious. We had the meat and cheese platter, the pub pretzels and chicken nachos. We shared the kabob platters and the Grandkids enjoyed their cheese pizzas and hamburger. We had reserved a 8 person table. It was in a private shaded area on a 90 degree day. I will go back more often!
