REALLY depends on who is working... there's an older guy that has worked there for years. Literally one of the nicest people. Always does a fantastic job. Toaster was down today and I had received very cold sandwiches. (online order) He didn't get an attitude whenever I brought it back. He remade them and heated the meat and melted the cheese. What User doesn't like about Subway:
There doesn't seem to be anyone working at this restaurant currently. I have been waiting in the lobby for about 10 minutes and no one has shown up. I tried calling but no one answered, I just need to enter the door. View all feedback.
The woman worked all day by herself without taking any breaks. She was extremely respectful and exceptionally kind.
I would not return to that restaurant again. The waiter was extremely rude and appeared to have issues with himself and everyone else.
I arrived at the restaurant at 1:30 pm and found that both doors were locked. They offered a drive-thru option, so I pulled up to the window and was informed that they were only accepting online orders, not drive-up orders. Additionally, I was told that if I placed an order, it would take 35 minutes for just one turkey sub. I am not familiar with this area, but I will certainly not be returning to this location. On the other hand, the Walmart location was great, although it was difficult to find. My experience there was excellent - my sandwich was made in two minutes and looked amazing.
I've only been to this Subway a few times and every time, the staff were nice and the service was great, but they've always had such few people or just one person working which makes service take longer.Other than that, I've never had an issue here! ?
I asked for a buffalo chicken sub.it comes with GRILLED CHICKEN.She gave me Rotisserie.i didn’t realize because of all the stickers on the glass and when she added the veggies it was already covered by the cheese.My chips were also stale.I then called when I got home to see if they could remake the sandwich.I was even willing to bring it back.I asked for the manager and the girl told me no that there wasn’t one.So I asked will there be one tomorrow? She again told me no they are off for the week and I have to pay for a new sub.ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I didn’t even eat the first one! And I find it hard to believe there isn’t any management AT ALL.I’ve worked in customer service and food service jobs as managers in the past and there is ALWAYS a manager required on a shift EVEN IF they have to pull one from another store.I had a sour experience before when another girl got smart with me for asking for a cookie.I’ll never go here again.The workers aren’t very nice.ZERO STARS!!
