As other reviewers have mentioned, there were a few menu items missing during my visit. The remaining dining area was not very clean, but again, this could be attributed to the lack of staff to maintain the cleanliness.

I hadn’t visited this restaurant in years and was really disappointed during my last trip. I didn't like having to order from a kiosk. The food was decent, but I ordered a double cheeseburger and received just a single. The server seemed overwhelmed. Additionally, all the tables were dirty, and we had to ask someone from the kitchen to clean one for us. Every time we needed something, we had to get up and request it ourselves in the kitchen. To top it off, it was quite noisy while we were there. We need the servers back!
We placed our order at the kiosk, only to find out that many items on the menu were unavailable. Additionally, we learned that we couldn’t use the gift card saved in the app for our payment. The staff seemed unaware of how the order transfers from the kiosk to their system, and despite their efforts to fix the issue, they were unsuccessful. This restaurant used to be bustling and inviting, but now it feels like a ghost town with a lack of meaningful human interaction. The man at the grill was rude and even coughed when he presented the burger. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

One waitress for the whole dining room. You self order and check out. Your server makes your shakes and brings you the food if she's not too busy. Poor lady. I also think there's one cook. For all the staffing, they do a great job. This was a Saturday evening.
