M... read more The food is always fresh and good. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and courtesy. This restaurant has a good variety of soups that are always fresh too. My wife and I enjoy the turkey avocado B.L.T. I have never had to wait long in either lines, inside or outside.

Not busy at all compared to the ford road store. Food is to be expected- Got a Caesar salad and a French onion soup. The salad is always excellent. Soup was lacking flavor but still good. They were out of lemons which is disappointing. Employees were friendly. Food was out fast. Will come back.

The food arrived promptly, within 20 minutes of placing my order, and the delivery driver was very kind. He thanked me for the detailed instructions I provided, wished me to stay warm and dry on this snowy day, and wished me a great day. He was such a nice guy, and I really appreciated his kindness. The food was also delicious! My children were thrilled to have hot, tasty food on this cold day. I am currently recovering from a recent hospital stay and am not yet able to cook for myself, so I am grateful for the convenience of Panera and the excellent service from the delivery driver. We love the Canton location! Thank you so much.
