When I found out I needed to eliminate gluten from my diet, I assumed I'd never enjoy pierogi again. However, I was thrilled to discover a fantastic variety of gluten-free pierogi here, and they truly have that traditional taste! I usually boil them and then pan-fry them with onions, serving them alongside gluten-free kielbasa and homemade coleslaw. My favorite filling is the potato, as I’m also dairy-free; otherwise, I would have loved to try the cheddar and potato filling. I'm looking forward to trying the pumpkin flavor next! Additionally, their chocolate chip cookie pie slices are among the best desserts I've ever tasted.
